EXALTA WINES are made with a focus on small batch quality fruit being sourced from single vineyards in the premium wine growing regions of Western Australia. Grapes are sourced from our partner vineyards employing dynamic and sustainable viticultural practices. Whilst in the winery, hands on and intentional winemaking is at the forefront. A focus on judicious winemaking, wild and natural yeasts at ferment, plus only quality oak and batonage to ensure balance with the fruit.

GREAT SOUTHERN
In this exquisite representation of a Great Southern Riesling from the towering Porongurups region, vibrant aromas of zesty lime and lemon dance alongside ripe peach and apricot, entwined with the captivating sweetness of jasmine.
The palate is complex with flavours of ripe apricot, peach and pear, underscored by lively bursts of tangy lemon-lime, all supported by a backdrop of crunchy, crisp acidity and delicate mineral nuances.
A harmonious interplay of fruit, acidity and stony minerality unfolds, culminating in a lingering finish. With its graceful structure, this Riesling will mature beautifully over time.
Semillon Sauvignon Blanc | 22

This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful cool climate expression of its Great Southern terroir, showcasing the bright acidity and fruit-driven character typical of this blend. Aromas of freshly cut grass and citrus blossom dance playfully on the nose, followed by zesty notes of lemon, lime and tropical fruits, delicately complemented by a subtle herbal undertone.
Peach and nectarine characters are expertly interwoven with a grassy herbaceousness that effortlessly captivates the palate with a wonderful balance of flavours, finishing with a crunchy acidity.

MARGARET RIVER
A gorgeous pale pink. Aromatically this is a burst of red berries – think cranberries, raspberries and strawberries – but there’s also exotic floral and citrus notes. Well balanced, with crisp acidity and a moreish savoury edge. Finishes dry and long.
The 78% Shiraz is picked early to retain freshness and natural acidity. After a short maceration on skins the majority was fermented cool, in stainless steel, with a portion barrel fermented in neutral oak to build texture and complexity. 28% Saigné Cabernet added for structure and a savoury edge; all of which was barrel fermented using wild yeast.

THE BLACKWOOD VALLEY
WA grown Shiraz + Tempranillo from the hidden vineyards of The Blackwood Valley, bursting with vibrant aromas of mulberry, black cherries and violets; there’s also hints of cedar, mocha and pepper.
This is packed with up-front juicy fruit, while silky tannins add just a touch of texture to the finish. Delicious drinking and a perfect food wine; it’s the best damn Pizza wine going around! Fruit from elevated deep duplex gravel soils, well drained on the top of the hill.
De-stemmed whole berries, whole berries carefully transferred and fermented in small open bins. Daily hand-plunged, gently pressed and matured in seasoned barriques.
